All materials will be mailed to the shipping address indicated above. If you have multiple shipping addresses, each individual will need to register separately.

If you are purchasing a book from us you will not need to purchase an extra answer sheet. The answer sheet will come included in the new book you are purchasing. To pay with a certified check or money order you can visit your local extension office to complete the registration. No Cash accepted. Please check the list of classes above to make sure there is an agent in your county offering ServSafe. If you do not see a class offered in your area reach out to either of the contacts listed below to request a class. There must be a minimum of five participants for a class request.
